A modern office building has been constructed in Hamburg-Langenhorn; with two full stories and an open parking level, it is designed to meet the needs of today’s modern workplace. The main entrance is located on the west side, providing an optimal working environment for approximately 30 employees.
The office building has a clear layout with well-defined office, ancillary, and circulation zones that facilitate easy navigation within the building. The two floors are connected by a stairwell and an internal spiral staircase. Ancillary rooms and areas not in constant use, such as the server room, are located in the part of the building that does not receive natural light.
